Emotion Center
The laboratory is composed of researchers and clinicians-researchers, at the interface between psychiatry and cognitive and behavioural neurosciences. It is concerned with cognitive psychology, psychobiology and the new information and communication technologies (NICT). The main themes are the study of normal and pathological emotion.
The explored pathologies include depression, anxiety disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders. Research work on contextual stress is also carried out.
A section of the laboratory is dedicated to therapeutic innovation, in particular regarding the theme of emotional remediation and virtual reality.
